People always get pressure from something to achieve their aim. This pressure is necessary because it put people into work. However without any pressure, people would get lazy and bored because no pressure makes them too relaxed. The demands of others tend to make
people more productive because it makes people motivated. Demands of others can stop the war. In 1962, the Cold War ended by Cuban Missile Crisis. Cuban Missile Crisis was when John F. Kennedy compromised with the Soviet Union by threatening them by saying he will shot missile to Cuban if they do not stop the war. John F. Kennedy was motivated to cease the war from the citizens. Citizens demanded him to stop the war to stop bigger disaster. This would have been a burden for him because he needed to cease the war for citizens, but it was the big motivation for him. Demands of people may be a pressure but a big motivation. As the demands get desperate, it makes bigger influence. In 1789 to 1799, the French Revolution occurred because of strong demands of lower class. Lower classes desperately demanded for right and freedom. Eventually, they fought for it against the monarchs. Rights and Freedom was very crucial and desperate for lower class, so the demand of their need pressured themselves.
However, through their motivation they gain their own rights and freedom. Pressure can be burden, but if people change their thoughts it can be a strong motivation. Without any pressure, there are no motivations, so nothing will be achieved. For an achievement, effective
motivation is needed. Thus, the demands of others tend to make more productive than they would be without because pressure makes people motivated.
